DIGITAL DELIVERY
Ebooks will be sent to your indicated email through Bookfunnel. You will be able to download the book in variety of formats and use the Bookfunnel service to send it to your e-reader. 

SHIPPING FROM UK
Most of the books will be shipped from United Kingdom, either from the author or straight from the printer (Bookvault). There may be cases where it will be possible to use Bookvault's printers in other countries to minimize the shipping costs and time but for all orders containing signed books, swag, and bespoke products (like books with foiling on the cover) those will still have to be sent from UK.

DELAYS, MISSING DELIVERIES, or RETURNED TO SENDER
We understand that sometimes things don't work out right and parcels may be delayed or lost in transit. While we provide you with a tracking number, should you need any further assistance in locating your parcel, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in receiving your items in a timely manner.

For packages returned to sender at no fault of the shipper, we can re-send at the expense of the buyer or refund the order less the initial shipping cost.

For packages returned to sender because of shipper error, we will re-send at no cost to the buyer.
